Diseño de una propuesta de un modelo de endomarketing para el restaurante Burger King del Centro Comercial El Tesoro en la ciudad de Medellín para el segundo semestre del año 2015
This work is focuses on retaking the concept of endomarketing as relationship strategy based on the perception that the staff is an internal costumer; the proposal will be developed to the Burger King restaurant of El Tesoro Mall since the employee feels engaged and motivated, he will involving all the sale points areas in order to increase their performance and responsibility in tasks they running day by day, improving the work environment and loyalty both internal and external costumers. Due to the above, the factors that adversely affect the customer service presentation and the current state of the work environment in Burger King’s Restaurant staff, so they will analyze the different models of the internal marketing with the aim of proposing the implementation of this concept as an answer to cover the environment needs between employees with improvements of the external surrounding.
