This monograph seeks to develop an understanding of the concept of enterprise as an organization of people, the importance of organizational culture within them, organizational change and what the latter means in organizations that focus on the intervention of culture in any change process, in order to minimize resistance to their implementation. In addition, some guidelines to prove or convince the administrators of the importance of understanding the change in organizational culture is not an easy pattern. The essence is to try to change that human groups are on the side of the business decisions, not as a dictator, the way of implementation and participation of the people involved will determine its impact on the success or failure in implementing the change in these organizations.
