This document refers to how the proposal addresses conceptual, procedural and methodological structuring of a knowledge community in that sense the work is to address three specific aspects, one first realizes guidelines specify the conceptual, methodological and strategic for the implementation of a community of practice as a space for interaction, and problem-solving transfer of knowledge in the organization, another defining the procedure for the implementation of the knowledge communities in organizations and ultimately determine the benefits that bring the knowledge Communities to the growth of individuals and organizations, seeking to put to elements common to those organizations in their exercise of documenting, organizing, transferring and using knowledge in the strategy are knowledge communities as an option generation, and learning solution to solve the problem. Guidelines are proposed conceptual, methodological and strategic implementation of a knowledge community as a place of interaction, and problem-solving transfer. In conclusion, both for organizations and for individuals, communities of knowledge contribute greatly to the development of these, allowing a permanent positive change.
