Voto programático y propaganda electoral en Colombia: Un análisis de la divulgación de programas de gobierno en Instagram, durante las campañas electorales para la Alcaldía Mayor de Bogotá D.C 2023.
Programmatic voting is a mechanism of participatory democracy in Colombia that allows citizens to impose by mandate a government program on elected mayors and governors, which the latter must register along with their candidacy. Therefore, the government program plays an essential role in these democratic processes, and consequently it is appropriate to investigate its dissemination in electoral propaganda. For this purpose, this research takes as its object of study the electoral propaganda, on the social network Instagram, of the three most voted campaigns for the Mayor's Office of Bogotá 2023, and applies a quantitative content analysis methodology. Through this research, it is concluded that, in the object of study analyzed, the presence of programmatic content was scarce.
