Propuesta de enseñanza de inteligencia emocional a niños y niñas de preescolar mediada por TIC en la Institución Educativa Departamental Tercera Mixta del municipio de Fundación, Magdalena
This research aimed to develop and implement a proposal for teaching emotional intelligence to preschool boys and girls at the Departamental Mixed Third Educational Institution in the municipality of Fundación, Magdalena, through the mediation of Information and Communication Technologies (ICT). A qualitative approach with innovative processes was chosen, applying Design-Based Research through the Design Thinking method with its phases of empathizing, defining, ideating, prototyping, testing and evaluating. The purpose was to design effective strategies that incorporated Information and Communication Technologies (ICT). The sampling was carried out by extracting a population of (3) preschool grades from one of the institution's headquarters (José Antonio Galán), to whom various techniques were applied (survey, observation, interview and focus group) using instruments such as questionnaires, field diaries, semi-structured interviews, as well as entry and exit tests, along with photographic evidence. Finally, this research showed positive results in the emotional formation of children, as well as in the successful implementation of new innovative strategies with the integration of ICT.
