From the identification of the factors that are related to mobile learning, new ways of managing information and responding to the needs raised by the population that has not linked M-Learning to their academic activities due to lack of training were found (we we refer to university professors). The importance of addressing this factor was identified in the lack of teacher training and in the improvement of teachers in the use of mobile devices, for this the "Learning Environment to Link M-Learning to Teaching Processes" was proposed and implemented. Learning in Higher Education Institutions”, with the aim of contributing to the appropriation of basic concepts about M-Learning, as well as the development of mobile learning strategies that strengthen university teaching processes. To conclude, M-Learning, like almost everything that has to do with the inclusion of technology in education, is still a developing subject, for which much of what is said or done is really part of an exploration on the part of teachers, students and institutions.
