The purpose of this document is to present the process and results of an Action Research Project that was developed in two departments of the Universidad de La Sabana, in order to contribute to the solution of two problems: the first is the training proposal for University employees, in charge of the Human Development Directorate, and the second, the proposal for an innovation and entrepreneurship ecosystem for the Faculty of Education. To achieve this objective, Action Research and Creative Problem Solving methodologies were used. In both projects there was a varied participation of employees and students, which enriched the exercise carried out and led to proposing: the champions program and an innovation and entrepreneurship ecosystem.
