This work seeks to make feasibility considerations and financial risk of a Non-Profit Organization (N-PO) that promotes projects to improve rural housing conditions in the department of Cundinamarca in Colombia. A financial risk analysis that simulates time and cost of running a home improvement project through the system dynamics is considering. The initial results obtained ensure a positive cash flow for the first five years of operation, so financial viability of this N-PO is proved. The results indicated a potential installation of 248 room areas and the building of 345 floors in concrete with an average area of 20m2 per floor
