The efficient use of investment resources in the country is a fact that public entities must ensure through various control mechanisms in order to meet the government's needs and fulfill the objectives outlined in the current National Development Plan. This project was carried out in a public entity considered a technical-scientific benchmark that oversees and controls the Legal Medicine and Forensic Sciences system in Colombia. Seeks to develop a proposal based on Lean principles and techniques to enhance efficiency in the value stream within project management, spanning from the planning phase through execution and monitoring.
