Habits that promote a healthy lifestyle refer to actions that align with our customs and values related to well-being. These practices, when consistently maintained over time, have a beneficial impact on our mental, physical, nutritional health and our social interactions, in attention to the 4D strategy of the Colombian National Police, "A healthy lifestyle ", which integrates institutional capacities and deploys impact actions in the territory, aimed at uniformed and non-uniformed personnel to promote self-care and health promotion in the 4 dimensions of the human being: Physical, Mental, Affective and Spiritual. Therefore, the objective of this work was to improve healthy lifestyles in the students of the Simón Bolívar Company of the Antonio Nariño Police School (Barranquilla). To this end, the mixed design was achieved, under the logical framework methodology, adopting (CIPP) as an evaluation model, in this way the quantitative and qualitative instruments were analyzed, whose result through the integration of ICT the students improve the Healthy habits. However, it is necessary to have greater institutional support from the Directorate of Incorporation.
