Visibility and relationship building is a constant process that requires both operational and strategic development; in this sense, it is proposed to strengthen the positioning and visibility of the Faculty of Education, through the design and implementation of a strategic relational and communicative plan of the dean's office. This objective is carried out in phases: first, a SWOT analysis is developed; then the strategic-operational plan is formulated to allow the dean's office to be visible and related to the academic community; at the same time, internal and external communication strategies are carried out; finally, a process of accompaniment and creation of resources for the academic space of the comparative educational institution was carried out.
