Efecto de un programa de juegos recreativos en el desarrollo de la pliometría en niños de categoría benjamín en la escuela de fútbol Atletic Pacific de Tuluá
The aim of the research was to determine the effects of a program of recreational games in the development of plyometricsin the youngest category (Under 10s) of the soccer club Atletic Pacific from Tuluá in 2015. A quantitative research approach was applied with an almost experimental design where there was a pre and a post test. This procedure is performed under two groups, one of them was experimental (n = 14) and a control (n = 14) which were evaluated the high jump, this was done in the Axon Jump 4.0 platform in the CDAF (fitness center) with the collaboration of the Professor Lohover Duque Sandoval, the experimental group conducted a plyometric program for thirteen weeks. This plyometric work was done through recreational games, which each exercise was done of 3-4 sets varying from 50 to 300 repetitions, giving breaks of 3 to 4 minutes for resting; This was a method in which the children were able to point out targets without strict necessity of the activity was used. This work was focused on the realization in order the requirements were low and light charges. Significantly, the age of the 28 players tested were between 10 and 12 years old, statistically significant differences were perceived at the height reached the experimental and control groups; also in the results, significant changes were found in which the experimental group Increase their results in an overall average of 1 cm in the high jump test and where most of the control group decreased this capacity.
