Reason why it is considered must be the most suitable; since its modification can be more complicated over the years, to the point of causing considerable damage to their physical and mental development. Hence, the areas considered most transcendental, when it comes to influencing to avoid the appearance of unhealthy behaviors are: food, activity and physical exercise, sexual habits and the consumption of toxins.
