Within postconflict given by the Final Agreement for the Ending of Conflict and the Construction of a Stable and Lasting Peace between the national government and the FARC, there are economic and social development opportunities that can be exploited in the places that have been affected. The socioeconomic characteristics of the area were analyzed. Programs and projects were identified from the comprehensive rural reform that will be of great benefit to the population victims of this conflict, initiating processes of territorial integration and social inclusion. Within the expectations of the post-conflict program led by the government, specific opportunities will be established in the BRUT rural area constituted by the municipalities of Bolivar, Roldanillo, La Unión and Toro. For the development of this research a descriptive study was implemented and a deductive method was used, highlighting the facts in the context of postconflict. As an area that shows the need to be supported in post-conflict, results are sought that the affected inhabitants can enjoy an improvement in their quality of life and well-being, which seek to reverse the damages they have suffered during this time reaching peace and equity.
