Incidencia de las capacidades coordinativas en los fundamentos técnicos básicos del fútbol en las niñas de la Institución Educativa Gimnasio del Pacifico de Tuluá
This pre test and post test experimental study design was performed at the Institucion Educativa Gimnasio del Pacifico in Tulua, which established the incidence of a 10 weeks program on the coordination abilities of balance, guidance and reaction on the improvement of the individual technical fundamentals of football (control, driving, dribble, beating and shooting). The study sample was 18 girls from the soccer team of the Institucion Educativa Gimnasio del Pacifico in Tulua aged between 10-15 years, being the intervention group, which was applied to the proposed program to 10 weeks with pre and post assessment test using an applied skill circuit. We have chosen the I.E. Gimnasio del Pacifico which hosts the women's soccer team, which conducted various training activities, but without submitting a systematically planned structure to improve the technical fundamentals of the sport, being this one of the factors that impacted on the unfavorable results in competitive presentations, as set by the coach. Once obtained the results of the final assessment after the application of the proposed intervention for 10 weeks, a performance improvement of the technical fundamentals individual football (control, driving, dribble, beating and shooting) was reached. This work demonstrates that the coordination capacities routed to work in an interrelated way, along with the techniques in football, produces improvements in their technical level, so, coordinative training at this age is essential, because of the easiness of coordinating movements with greater complexity, without difficulty, thereby, presenting a greater easiness of learning the technical gestur
