Goat's milk has gained importance in human nutrition compared to other milks, from the nutritional size and greater digestibility. In arid and semi-arid regions with harsh agro-ecological conditions, the role of the goat in food security and the fight against malnutrition in communities is valued. As it is considered an important source of human nutrition, it is necessary to prioritize milking practices, since if they are inadequate they will favor contamination and inflammation of the mammary gland; Even with subclinical mastitis the productivity of the animals can be substantially affected.
