The article aims to present some trends in educational technology or technology in the education systems of some countries of the world; the educational literature review was conducted on the education systems of some countries. When comparing the country’s development, it was possible to identify the backlog by how the national policy by the government is proposed and then implemented. Its interpretation is distorted toward the model of education for Technology, that is to say, for the management and use of technology, turning the country into a consumer.
