This paper seeks to describe and analyze the procedure for the national carbon tax taxpayer to be certified as carbon neutral and access the tax benefil that il entails. The previous, with the purpose of facilitating the procedure for the ínterested parties, consideríng that the legislalion is not clear and have gaps.
