The District Meeting of Mathematics Education is an event organized by the curricular project of the Bachelor's Degree in Mathematics of the Francisco José de Caldas District University, which brings together: students in training for mathematics teachers, practicing Mathematics teachers, and researchers in Mathematics Education of the Capital District. This event is a space for communication, socialization and reflection of pedagogical and research experiences in Mathematics Education at different educational levels. In this eighth version of the EDEM we propose the knowledge and knowledge of the mathematics teacher as a central theme.
