In this work a reference framework, market and technical study, financial evaluation and conclusions is presented. The project consists in design and evaluate a text mining classification model built in open software applied to public procurements of Colombia Compra Eficiente - SECOP II portal. The main purpose is analyzing unstructured information of support documents of public procurements in technology services areas in order to summarize and extract key aspects for increase business opportunities. It allows to apply to real opportunities according to company profile.
