The present project contains a study to determine the viability of the modernization of one of the roasted and ground coffee lines in the company Café de Colombia; At the same time the modernization seeks to solve the problem that the company currently has with this process line by variations in the final color of some potholes of roasted coffee in one of the lines of the process of roasting.
