Nowadays education must adapt to the technological changes that globalization and development brings, for this reason it must create strategies to provide capable and useful professionals for society in these aspects. The District University Francisco José de Caldas faces this challenge in its strategic plans response mechanisms, so each unit of the University must contribute to the fulfillment of the objectives. One of the main lines of action of the strategic development plan of the Francisco José de Caldas District University is the incorporation of information technologies into the learning process, which in addition to providing tools to those involved in the learning process favors the expansion of coverage which is also part of the goals of this plan. Due to the above, this document intends to present a proposal for the implementation of the integrated management system of the District University executed and conformed under resolution 215 of 2014, in the virtual modality projects for the particular case of the MSc in mobile telecommunications virtual modality, in order to standardize information regarding current and future virtual modality programs in favor of continuous improvement. In addition to the standardization of the processes and procedures found in the normal development of academic activities, manual formats and indicators are made to allow the curricular project to generate a control of its activities with the aim of progressive improvement, all of the above in the framework of the SIGUD regulations.
