Due to the great progress of 3D modeling and visualization tools, the 3D design community has grown a lot in recent years. Within this boom is included the community of interior architectural design, which has as an innovation product interactive 3D design; in the realization of this product, however, there is no evidence of a rigorous organization of the artifacts generated. In this degree project we present: a description of the three-dimensional modeling process in the interior architecture and the elements that make up the interactive stages; metadata model oriented to the classification and search of artifacts produced collaboratively; a proposal of high level architecture for the administration and reuse of these devices; and a pilot project focused on checking the use of the proposed architecture.
