This research allows us to propose a governance model for knowledge management in an organization that manage more than one software development methodology in projects in progress. Taking into account that knowledge management is fundamental during the develop project, its concept has gained strength in organizations lately, therefore, having as reference different forms of knowledge transfer and management, several models will be analyzed in order to design a governance model suitable for managing knowledge in computer software development projects. Through surveys and bibliographic review, the necessary information will be collected in order to establish the appropriate tools for knowledge management in software development projects. The expected result is a governance model of knowledge management that allows an organization manage the knowledge generated by informatics projects properly, effectively and efficiently, regardless of the software development methodology used by each of them, and in this way increase their competitiveness.
