The present project consists in the design of a mobile application that seeks to mitigate the problems that any Colombian presents, when making financial decisions. This project firstly studies this problem, its causes, its effects and the alternative solutions that are offered today. The study conducted in the project found that there is no comprehensive tool that takes into account the economic behavior of the user in their daily management, to estimate the impact of certain decisions on financial health, social intelligence is also not used as an alternative heuristic to solutions of financial problems therefore taking into account this and other factors, it is proposed to design an application that facilitates the user making financial decisions. On the other hand, within the development of the project the application is proposed as a new way of connecting with the population, which will allow digital marketing with a very high degree of efficiency, which translates into the reduction of costs compared to the sector commercial when executing their marketing strategies and translate this into an increase in their profit margins.
