Creación de un Prototipo Software que Permita Identificar el Estilo de Aprendizaje Predominante en los Estudiantes de Ingeniería de Software Bajo los Tipos Visual, Auditivo y Kinestésico (Vak)
Within the classrooms of the specialization of Software Engineering of the Francisco José de Caldas District University, it has been shown how students perceive the information presented in each of the subjects they attend, with the inconvenience of not fully understand the issues. This happens because human beings have the peculiarity of perceiving information in different ways, since they use different channels of perception for the understanding of new knowledge imparted to them. This is why it has been decided to address this type of situation through a learning methodology established to achieve this goal. In this learning methodology we study the way in which the human being uses three different channels of perception to obtain information, which are: visual, auditory and kinesthetic. Even so, the methodology proposes that one or two of these channels is always predominant in each person; since this channel helps to better define the way in which someone assimilates new information, filtering what should be learned even if it is not always the same in different tasks. This work consists in the construction of a web prototype that allows to identify the type of predominant learning about each one of the students of a group. The prototype is based on the VAK methodology which evaluates the percentage of learning types, whether visual, auditory or kinesthetic, and presents the results obtained, thus allowing the identification of the predominant channels within a group or individually.
