The present work of degree promotes to the reader the form to time manage of construction of an electrical substation of distribution in Bogotá D.C. city through the correct planning of schedules that allow compliance with the times stipulated initially. From there, the economic and financial gain obtained by the organization is derived, being an improvement opportunity to be implemented by the manager that carries out projects of this nature.
