With the development of this engineering project, the aim is to generate a proposal for the mejoration of the management process of service providers in the area of Research, Development and Innovation (IDeI) of Quala SA, applying the DMAIC improvement methodology of Lean Six Sigma, a Through its five stages: Define, Measure, Analyze, Improve and finally Control. Following this methodology a process mejoration proposal is generated, although the number of stages and management time is increased, the probability of the incidence of the associated risks and the relationship between benefits and harvests are economically viable for the company, achieving its objective.
