The Astronomy teaching has generated worries on the educative community. During the last years a big number of texts dedicated to the Astronomy teaching study is evidential, especially in the students of primary, basic and middle education. This document shows the process of development and implementation of the didactic proposal for the teaching, in an Astronomy club. As part of the investigation project initially a necessary documental research is developed for the theoretical and practical construction of the document, which is about teaching and didactic background of the Astronomy, Astronomy clubs in Bogota, black body radiation, background cosmic radiation. An analysis is presented in the basic education standards in natural science proposed for the National education ministry with the purpose to how the topics proposed inside the curriculum as part of the Astronomy teaching. A characterization of the exposed topics on the clubs of Bogota about Astronomy subscribed to Planetarium District ( Planetario Distrital) for the year 2018 is done, showing a mapping of the study objectives and teaching content of the Astronomy for that form the Astronomy club ALTAIR ' fly through skies' on Andres Rosillo School and consolidate the objectives and own club topics. Then, the design, validation and implementation are presented of series of activities which the student achieve calculate the effective temperature of the Universe, likewise, these activities support the teachers with teaching tools of the Astronomy especially in Astronomy clubs, finally the results obtained from the implementation of the activities, reflections and conclusions of their own are evidenced.
