This research work addressed the issue of electricity generation based on Diesel in the Non-Interconnected Zones (ZNI) of Colombia, having as a base project this type of generation located in the Amazonas exclusive area, in which the provision of the electricity service, occurred intermittently due to some anomalies that occurred in the generation systems, as reported by the Institute for Planning and Promotion of Energy Solutions for the ZNI (IPSE), through the inspection report, complying with what is stipulated in the inter-administrative auditing contract No. 050 of 2010.
