This document presents the business plan of the dance academy Atelier Hope, academy which purpose is to teach high quality classes in the comfort of the communal hall in the residential complexes. The plan exposes objectives, strategies, analysis of opportunities, description of the business, study of marketing and expected results, looking for the viability so that the academy has a social and cultural impact in the city of Bogota and benefits the clients through dance.
