Standard tests applied Colombian Institute for the Evaluation of Education (ICFES), they are so important to the measurements made by the National Ministry of Education on educational institutions, teachers and students in general. However, it is common to find that in the process of teacher training is not given the same importance to the issue of evaluation. To reflect on the design and production of tools for evaluating social sciences and citizenship skills ICFES, it was necessary to make an internship for six months in this institution. shortcomings in the procedures implemented by the ICFES were found because they do not take into account the diversity and particularity of different learning processes. Similarly, the utility of some models that can be implemented by teachers to supplement assessment activities rescues.
