The current document is the result of an entire internship project where the design of procedures and protocols for FAT tests on low voltage boards is presented, taking as a case study the company Smart Ing, which is mainly dedicated to the development of technological solutions in various fields of national and international industry. The development of the document has as a first instance to carry out a contextualization about the technical terms with which it will work throughout it, followed by the approach of the internship project, which describes the justification, objectives and methodology used in the course of the internship. According to the methodology, the information necessary for the execution of FAT tests on low voltage electrical panels is collected and synthesized, this is achieved by consulting the regulations that guide said activity, among the standards studied are the technical regulation of electrical installations (RETIE ), the IEC 61439 standard and the NFPA 70E standard, the information obtained makes it possible to compare the FAT test procedures currently carried out by the company with the technical and safety requirements requested by the standard. Once the shortcomings in the execution of FAT tests carried out by the company have been identified, the procedures are drawn up; Which based on the safety documentation for the execution of electrical work and the technical information collected, clearly describes the step by step of each of the tests required by the standard for the different products offered by the company, the protocols being supported by images, tables and flow diagrams that facilitate the understanding and correct execution of the tests, which consequently allows the rapid location of faults and reduction in project development times.
