The present research focuses on the aerotriangulation process carried out by the Geography and Cartography Subdirection of the Agustín Codazzi Geographic Institute (IGAC), in order to make its results more reliable and that it comply with the precision standards established in the Technical specifications for basic mapping proposed by IGAC. The work is developed using IGAC's own inputs such as aerial photographs, ground control point information, flight calculation results, software and hardware that are required in the execution of the project.
