This document is the report of the internship developed in order to publicize the work carried out by a sports administration professional as support and cooperating to strengthen the processes involved in sports events developed by the Sports Advisory unit of the Exercise and Well-being area of ​​the Cafam Family Compensation Fund. From this internship a characterization of the unit was generated which involved the performance of the professional and in this way obtain knowledge about the management and operation of the unit highlighting the main objective of said area, in order to specify the population to which sporting events are directed. Likewise, know the sporting events that the Sports Advisory unit offers within its portfolio of services and develops with the support of the logistics required in the planning, execution and evaluation of said events; in turn, a series of service conditions were set out in this document that the user or client must take into account when receiving and holding the sports proposal designed in accordance with their requirements. In addition, within this same point of the characterization, a diagnosis of the operation of the Sports Advising unit is carried out in three important moments that classify its main processes, these moments of relevance are the pre-event (plan), event (execute ) and post-event (evaluate). Finally, the results obtained, achieved and the management carried out as a future sports administrator for the continuous improvement of the supported unit are reflected. Likewise, the conclusions are presented as a closure to this work.
