Abstract:

The work carried out in the department of Caquetá consisted in the development of training workshops through didactics. The purpose of the workshops was to generate reflection, action and transformation in the educators by recognizing the temporalities, spatialities, actors, events and circumstances of the armed conflict in the department of Caquetá and its impact on the school. The narratives of the teachers, set forth in this document, are the voices and testimony of those who lived the war and confronted it with actions tending to the care and protection of the other. The narratives of teachers reveal the emotions that accompanied and made possible the violence for more than 50 years in the department as well as evidence the emotions and care practices that allowed them to survive and cope with the teaching work in the midst of violence.
