The present work of degree with Internship modality guides the knowledge generated during what was learned in the Francisco José de Caldas District University, in the undergraduate Topographic Engineering; One of Colombia's big problems is Agrarian, which is directly linked to the lack of equitable distribution of land throughout the country. Colombia is a country that specializes in the inoperance of legal instruments, together with high concentrations of land. deprived in large quantities, to the dispossession of lands throughout the Colombian territory, to the lack of access of land to the farm worker, and to the great growth of extreme poverty in Colombia, the legal entities that “fight” against illegality and informality they remain stagnant, and only manage to advance at such a slow pace that they fail to reach the speed of the same conflict. The legal regulation of the property and the agricultural regulation are completely stagnant in Colombia, Due to this problem the Cundinamarca government in the search to minimize the impact that this problem generates to the farmers in 2017 generates a project called “Cundinamarca Territory of Rural Owners ”; The internship is subscribed to the program: integral rural development with a territorial approach called "Governorate to the Farm" in the Department of Cundinamarca generated within the framework of the inter-administrative agreement No. 014 of 2018 signed between the Ministry of Agriculture and Rural Development of the Department of Cundinamarca and the Colombia International Corporation; specifically, the intern's actions were carried out in the “Formalization of Property” component, considering that the Topographic Engineer of the District University in his professional training has strengths in the territorial planning, cartography, geographic information systems, which bases for this type of programs; which generates a workspace for the Topographic Engineers of the District University and the Faculty of Environment and Natural Resources denoted in this document.
