This document presents the application of the sectoral diagnosis methodology proposed by the ARCOSES group in the rubber and plastic products manufacturing sector (CIIU 2200), which aims to develop strategies to carry out the development of the sector based on the increase in the productivity and competitiveness. For this, it was necessary to collect information on required by the methodology, divided into nine topics, which include qualitative and quantitative aspects, from which it is possible to describe the behavior that this presents at the national level between the years 2014 to 2018.
