Analysis design and development of a modular, integral and scalable solution that allows supporting the processes related to the legal follow-up of the contractual management of the District University, making use of the free technologies provided by the Systems Advisory Office (OAS) among which they describe; angularJS used in order to maintain approved interfaces for all applications making use of the "generator-oas" for the assembly of the initial structure of a project, Beego, which is a technology developed with the programming language Go for the generation and use of the different web services (API's) that have the information related to the contracts, using a NoSql database engine called MongoDB to keep a record of the post-contractual news generated for each contract and the "Ruler" which is a system of rules developed using the Prolog programming language, defined for the validation of business rules at the internal level of the systems advisory office. These tools are used for the development of the post-contractual management system requested by the legal advisory office of the District University.
