Institutional Welfare provides services and care to members of the academic community. Managing these services involves handling a considerable volume of data, coordinating medical appointments, and maintaining a detailed record of services and care provided to users. This project arises as a solution to facilitate the management of care within the institutional welfare scope. By implementing a web prototype, the aim is to unify, manage, and track the care provided by welfare professionals. This system will streamline the process of consulting, creating, and modifying information related to care, reducing the time and resources dedicated to administrative management. The development of this project provides a software tool oriented towards Institutional Welfare professionals, aiming to improve the quality of services provided and contribute to the generation of reports and analyses that facilitate strategic decision-making at the department level.
