The present work of monograph deals with the topic referring to the peasant communities with their own pedagogies and worldviews, tending to develop a resignification of the peasant in the construction of different knowledge in society, which, with their contents they contribute to citizen training, people capable of facing, communicating and transmitting their knowledge for the welfare and good living of society.
