Caracterización de la legislación educativa colombiana desde la gestión académica en egresados de cuatro programas de licenciaturas de la Universidad Distrital Francisco José de Caldas
The present investigation took as its starting point the speeches of 12 graduates of four undergraduate curricular projects (foreign languages with an emphasis on English, biology, chemistry, humanities and Spanish language) of the Faculty of Sciences and Education of the Francisco José de Caldes. This with the purpose of knowing the knowledge and appropriation of Colombian educational legislation from their perspective as members of academic management. In this way, the inquiry was based on a qualitative, descriptive approach and with a design from the socio-critical paradigm. For the execution of this project, a bibliographical review was carried out that gave way to the elaboration of categories and descriptors, which allowed analyzing the semi-structured interviews that were carried out with the participants. Finally, for the creation of categories, semantic networks and establishment of frequencies, the ATLAS.TI program was used in the transcribed documents in order to determine findings regarding the concepts proposed in the study.
