This document demonstrates the outcome of an investigative process that was advanced in the institutions Colegio José Joaquín Vargas and Colegio Liceo Terioska. The question that directs the research is: How to enhance citizen education through Mathematical Education? As such, this research advocates the idea that it is possible, through a transversal education that thinks both academically and socially, to generate the conditions of possibility for students, effectively, they can develop reflective critical thinking about what is presented to them in society.
