In the municipality of Tolima Guamo the studies about frogs are scarce. As a contribution to the expansion of the reports in this area of the country, a study of the assembly of frogs found in the "El Cardenal" Vereda Cerro Gordo, El Guamo-Tolima was performed. The free-search method was used, 4 areas were sampled within the estate that corresponded to culture (AC), pasture (AP) forest ribera (AB) and pond (AH). The Alpha diversity (α) was determined with indices Shannon, Simpson, Pielou and Berger-Parker; to establish the turnover of species in the habitat studied was carried out a similarity or cluster analysis based on the Jaccard similarity index according to the composition of species present in them. A Principal component analysis (PCA) was performed to establish whether the frogs found were related to the sampled sites and a multiple correspondence analysis (MCA) to determine how these were associated with the sampled sites. 135 records belonging to 5 families, 6 gender and 10 species were made. The most representative family in the study was Hylidae, with 33.3% of gender and 30% of the species recorded. In descending order the families Bufonidae, Dendrobatidae, Leiuperidae, Leptodactylidae with 16.66% representation in terms of gender were found. With regard to species, and Leiuperidae Dendrobatidae presented 10%, the family Bufonidae 20% and 30% Leptodactylidae family representation. The assembly of frogs present at the time of study was composed of 10 species in 5 families. All reported to the department of Tolima, they are common and do not fall within any category of threat according to IUCN. The assembly had low diversity, however, the sampling effort to record this anurans in the El “Cardenal”, was optimal, and approaching the total wealth observed that overall wealth estimated the Chao Chao 1 and 2.
