This paper intends to propose the design of a document management web module through a CMS with the implementation of the necessary components that satisfy the ISO 9001: 2008 chapter for the company Soporte Lógico Ltda. At present, the company Soporte Lógico Ltda., Does not have a document management system and has its files stored in the folder of a server without having control of versions and users, this makes more documentation is handled more difficult is maintain and prioritize the information. As mentioned above, the problem of the research is: How to design a document management system so that Support Lógica Ltda. Have greater control and access to the documentation of the Quality Management System? The research method that was chosen in this research was the one of analysis, that begins with an identification of parts that characterize the reality, in this case the problem of the company Soporte Lógico Ltda., Then a causal relation will be established with the elements that make up this research, and a descriptive study will be done. Among the various international bodies that exist today, ISO (International Organization of standards) was chosen because it is one of the organizations that internationally endorses standards of manufacture of products, services, commerce and communication for all the industrial branches. This allows companies to enrich their internal processes to provide a better product or service to the user. Among the most popular standards at the level of information systems is the ISO9000 family of standards that standardize quality management, within which ISO9001 was chosen because it was explored that nowadays Colombian companies handle manual documentation and do not have it in a systematized way. The tools that exist today help to facilitate this type of problem of having things manually, among them there are CMS that are content managers help to publish a series of content according to what is needed, however they are not focused and specialized in any type of standard and / or standard that satisfies each of its requirements.
