The project is aimed at improving the production process of the organization KNO ENVIRONMENTAL SOLUTIONS LTDA. By studying the activities, times used, available resources with the aim of reducing the delivery times of the different projects with the required quality and in the right times with the clients, allowing an acceleration in the cash conversion cycle within the organization. The management of available human capital will allow a greater development in the development of projects, reducing their execution times, allowing more sustainable and competitive production dynamics in the own sector.
