In this thesis, we have develop future scenarios oriented business management in societies linked to metrology activity in Bogota, based in a prospective and holistic reflection about an interaction of endogenous and exogenous variables. The development of future scenarios identifies strategies and policies (permanent or temporary) to facilitate the growth of the competitiveness of these companies for the year 2021.
