This monograph presents the research conducted at the Institute Tecnisistemas where it was wanted to make use of literature and gender studies as a tool that fostered spaces for reflection about the position of women in society. The incidence and importance of literature in the reflexive thinking development, from reality as a reflection of social conditions, the development of women's roles in history and the present and the gender studies and support theory to the research are shown in the chapters. Finally, the developed research process, arisen systematization and conclusions are evident.
