This paper presents the results of spectroscopic study of the Be star 12 Vulpecula and star alpha ^ 2 type Canum Venaticorum CU Virgins. Lines Na I, He I, telluric and H alpha were identified in the atmosphere of the star Be 12 Vulpecula, for star CU Virgins lines H gamma, H beta, Na I, He I, C III and H alpha were identified . Effective temperatures were obtained for both stars 12 Vul is a star with 21591 K and Cu is a star surface temperature of 10050 K as determined by the method of Balmer.
