This research is based on the development of a process of analysis and systematic reflection of the curricular structure of the Universidad Distrital Francisco José de Caldas, whose main objective was to characterize the conceptions that have oriented to the curricular construction of the educational projects the academic programs of the university between the years 2014 - 2017. For the development of the research, a methodological application was formulated from the documentary research, because this methodology allows advancing a process of hermeneutic analysis on the meaning and the meaning that underlies the budgets subjective and objectives. The analysis of the results allowed establishing a dialogue of knowledge, appropriation and discussion at the curricular level, decanting the theoretical, pedagogical, and normative fundamentals that have directed the curricular in the academic programs of undergraduate of the University.
